Course Description
Geological Engineering is specifically designed for enhancing the professional abilities of students in engineering and geological sciences. The degree program is often considered the same as geotechnical engineering. The discipline is also aligned closely with the field of civil engineering. But Geological Engineering is more rightly defined as a degree program with a focus on the characterization of natural resources and mitigation of geologic hazards.
